Aokigahara forest
The dependence on the Aokigahara, going to Mount Fuji, the first mile is very polluted by humans, because of the number of suicides that take place in the forest.
But beyond the first kilometer of the forest is in almost original condition, without obvious signs of human contact. It is said that there is almost no sound but the wind playing through the leaves.

i can imagine quite a few of these ones that are only bones now are from the early 1990's when the layoffs came by their thousands in Japan's factories.
Thats just all kinds of messed up,,,,
i was about to mention the weird wording of the description, then realized it was translated from the spanish. A+ find.
