precisely what i came to say.  you do too much, they all just blend together and it's just "oh some sci-fi covers..um...cool?" and no one actually really looks at any of them.

yup.

Exactly. Too many pictures post has too many pictures. Quality not quantity, remember that for future posting.

I REALLY LOVE POSTS THAT TAKE ME 3 SOLID MINUTES TO SCROLL THROUGH

I love 50's through 70's pulp SF cover art.  The foreign and alternate covers were the best ones here, IMO.  Great post.

And while not all posts should be this long, I feel sorry for people who can't follow a theme for more than two or three images.  To think that some people who frequent sites that are an endless stream of images and ideas don't have an attention span that is long enough to process a grouping of 30 images without losing interest makes me kind of sad.  Well, and laugh, but still a little sad.

great post, thanks.
these covers make me want to read these books.
even though I know they'll be terrible.

Some of em are really good.. Van Vogt and Heinlein, and Goulart. Though the cover art in those cases has little, if anything, to do with the material of the books.
And: Yay! Frazetta!

Alright.
I'll chunk the fuckers up a bit next time.
After all, we wouldn't want to disappoint the goddamn ghetto now would we?

But, you know, some people *do* like 'em a bit on the LONG side...
