Poor Black people as a collective culture are supposed to just change their "mentality" around.....that 'll fix em....Fucking stupid and unrealistic.

It's those pesky food stamp and well fare programs that are keepin em down......yeah okay, and maybe more babies and less available contraception is a good thing for the community. Contraception promotes unwedded sexual activity and that's so morally wrong.....ehhhh. The black community wants to hear all about these backwards right wing Ideas for sure. It will solve everything.

Interesting. Black run governments and cultures never seem to get themselves in a happy place. Black conservatives seem to be happy and well off. Rich black liberals seem angry and enjoy keeping the black folks down and riled up.
