I've played a few bit never owned one.  Have owned a couple of Kramer Al neck bassses, though the Kramers struck me as a much lesser quality instrument.  Typically, it's Strats for me when it comes to solid body electrics.

I moved house 3 months ago - into a street that (for some reason that I don't understand) has no broadband... so I had to get some mobile interwebs thingy... I pay twice as much now for less than 10% of the net I was getting at the old house - that is one street away. So... I went outside. SHOCK!!! I've been out and about and social and shit. I lurk on The Ghetto when I can (which is almost never)... but on the plus side, I now have a very lovely and delicious new boyfriend. 

As for what happened to my neck... the pics were here on this post until OffensiveX disappeared. But you may enjoy this video that may be more descriptive. It's all healing up well... and the scar still looks totally badass, nearly 6 months later. =D (This pic is of the implant inside my neck/spine. The surgeon took it for me... )
