I've done a MMF with my friend and my other friend's ex gf.

My one experience with MFF was pretty good, but I felt left out of a lot of it. MMF was a fairly regular experience in high school with friends of mine that were a couple, and there were some pretty intense times. MMF > MFF

It seems like a lot of people do fun things while drunk, however, I find them so much more fun when not. (I don't drink so I've never tried the plastered way).
