Music sharing poast?

So, in an effort to sate my need for good music I have yet to hear, I propose we all share an album that means a great deal to us, preferably one you think is either relatively unknown or criminally under-appreciated. Post the album and artist name, as well as a youtube video of a track you think characterizes the album's sound well.
Hope you guys enjoy this. Here is a track from Don Ellis, from the album Tears of Joy. A really incredible composer/trumpeter/bandleader that specialized in writing really swinging compositions in a variety of odd time signatures. This album means a lot to me and it may strike you if you listen to it.. I hope to be moved by your recommendations, fellow ghettoers.

I don't know about not dancing, but I do know I at least like to listen to tracks enough to where I can seizure to the beat in a live setting. That being said, we need to have some kind of weekly JammyPac/Creamcheese avant-garde/experimental post thing..
This record has been a steady favourite for thirty years and it never disappoints. If I could go back and convince him to leave the Intergalactic Laxative off the lp, I most certainly would as it interrupts one of the best collections of songs from any era, to my ears. It's a little broody here and there and has some stellar production/arrangements. So, I'll pull this one...
