I like how the video starts with a recitation of the second amendment. A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free
state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be
infringed.
One fucking sentence. The amendment guarantees the provision of a well regulated, armed military. It does NOT guarantee an individual's right to own whatever firearm he or she wants. If it does, then I'm buying a fucking tank and a fucking nuke.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion; or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." One fucking sentence. So gay. Why get so worked up over it?
People and militias are two different concepts here. The intent of the founders was quite clear. Guns made this country possible, and they made regime change possible. Military power is necessary for a secure state, but it is kept in check by an armed populace. It's fine to disagree with that paradigm, but you can't point to the original document and be smug dickhole about what the words mean.
Secondly, the notion that "gun nuts" get all silly about laws restricting their hobby is equally dismissive. The restrictions placed on what you can and can't buy are random, draconian, and nonsensical from a functional perspective. Plus, THEY ARE LAWS. Failure to follow them to the jot and tittle carries with it the risk of a 10 year federal felony. That is an enormous exercise of authority. One would hope that it's being wielded in a rational fashion, but that is not the case. Restrictions focus on appearance, not function, and really do nothing to make anyone safer. People who understand guns resent reactionaries that clearly don't understand guns making rules regarding the same. For a person that actually believes this country to be "the land of the free", these arbitrary and nonsensical curtailings of freedom are painful, antithetical, and useless.
If you want to reduce gun crime, you'd have to outlaw all guns, and require all presently owned weapons to be turned in immediately. That's not going to happen. Incremental picking at the margins is not useful or helpful, and it certainly doesn't make us safer. Those weirdos that enjoy guns naturally resent this nonsense.
you people suck at the teat of the NRA and most of you are on welfare or social security anyway. you don't see any millionaires bragging about their guns. you're like psychotic versions of doctor who nerds, complete with utilikilts
Some laws are stupid, but some make sense. What for do you need more than 10 bullets in your magazine? other than killing people...
But the modification of a gun, which is already available as another model is retarded. A shotgun is a shotgun, i makes a big mess, with or without a sawn off barrel.

God, you're dumb. Pick a number. 3? 5? 10? 30? Who the fuck cares? The unreliable nature of the 100 round mag used in aurora saved lives. http://kdvr.com/2012/07/23/suspects-gun-jammed-during-aurora-theater-shooting/ If you want people to be safer, no guns should be sold with anything smaller. A decent ipda shooter reloads sub second with stock mags. http://youtu.be/NGhveUOnkvc?t=6m22s for a demo if you wish. Anyone with a Saturday of practice can do it in a second or better. That's not really slowing down the massacre a bunch.
Again, you're on the side of arbitrary restrictions that don't really move the needle safety wise, but you insist on imposing them anyway. Additionally, you then artificially create a market for pre-ban stuff, because if you don't grandfather in stuff that was legal before your bullshit rule was imposed, you create a whole class of lawbreakers, or you have a giant mandatory turnin of gear (which is about as popular as a hipster at a merle haggard concert). This means that manufacturers ramp up production on stuff up until the day of the ban, and you're always able to get the mag size you want. And to answer your specific question? Target shooting. Loading mags sucks. Magdumping is fun.

Ever notice gun nerds always love having their picture taken holding their gun? Like they handcrafted the goddamn thing or something.
