In 2001, six year old Michael Colombini began to suffer from distressed breathing possibly due to claustrophobia while in an MRI at Westchester Regional Medical Center in New York.  An anesthesiologist brought an o2 tank into the magnetic field, where it was immediately pulled into the diagnostic cavity and bounced around like that stapler, turning little Michael's head into tomato puree.  Sorry, I don't have pix or vid.
