Repoast.
Town in the middle of Mongolia, around 25km south west of Dongsheng. This place is made up of houses that people buy as investments, so many just sit there.
It also has an art museum built by Beijing based MAD Architects.

Unemployed? Sick of drinking that fucking junk from the shop? Me too! Lets make some lemon lime cordial. It only takes like thirty minutes.
SHIT YOU WILL NEED.

Ingredients

• Six lemons, or five lemons and two limes
• Three cups of sugar. Or more if you are twelve.
• Tbsp of citric acid
• Tbsp of tartaric acid
• 1lt of water

Equipment

• Large STEEL saucepan
• Wooden spoon
• Measuring cups: 1lt, 1 cup and 1 tablespoon sizes
• Juicer
• strainer with some cheesecloth, muslin to strain all the crap out of it
• Two empty whisky bottles. Trust me. It tastes better out of whisky bottles.

OK GO!Grate the zest off a lemon and a lime, put that shizzy aside:


Now add you sugar to the water. DO NOT BOIL IT. Just get it hot enough to dissolve the sugar.


Add the acids. Notice that we are measuring everything. DO NOT GUESS. You will end up with one and a half litres of rubbish.


When all that has dissolved completely, turn off the heat and add the juice and zest.


 LET IT REST for around ten minutes. You want all the citrus oil to infuse and other bullshit to happen in there.
